He is a seasoned IT professional with 30+ years of experience in business leadership, product engineering and learning and development. He has served in Wipro and Cognizant over the last several years in various leadership and business head roles.His specializations include Business and customer relationship management, end-to-end product development, definition and development of competency frameworks, organizational change management. He has played leadership roles in delivering large and complex product development programs across diverse technologies. He also spearheaded the conceptualization and launch of an organization-wide competency framework covering nearly 100000 employees. In his last role, he launched several strategic learning initiatives which have won the Brandon-Hall awards. His areas of interest include digital transformation of organizations, Open Source technologies, learning and development.
